体外循环心脏手术32例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 32 cases of patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass

目的:总结体外循环心脏外科手术治疗经验。方法:对32例心脏病患者施行手术治疗,全部病例均在体外循环下施行手术,其中先天性心脏病23例,后天性心脏病9例,不停跳手术2例,瓣膜置换术8例。结果:均痊愈出院。术后1周内心律失常发生率为25%。结论:先天性心脏病和后天性心脏病一旦确诊,应尽早在体外循环下施行手术,年龄因素不应作为手术禁忌症。

Objective To review the clinical experience concerning surgical treatment of cardiopulmonary bypass.Methods From Febrnary 2006 to November 2007, thirty-two patients received operation of cardiopulmonary bypass. There were 23 patients with congenital heart disease, 8 with acquired heart disease, 2 with off-pump, 8 with valve replacement. Results There was no operative mortality. The postoperative morbidity of arrhythmia was 25 percent within 1 week. Conclusion Once congenital heart disease and acquired heart disease are diagnosed ,it should be operated on as soon as possible. Age is not an absolute contraindication. It is essential to maintain perfect myocardial protection perioperation, correct intensive postoperation care, proper treatment of arrhythmia, which is the key to improve surgical outcome.
