23例异位阑尾炎临床诊治分析

Clinical diagnosis and analysis of 23 cases ectopic appendicitis

目的:对异位阑尾炎的临床症状和体征进行总结分析,以减少误诊。方法:对23例异位阑尾炎患者给予手术与抗菌药物同步治疗。结果23例异位阑尾炎均治愈出院,其中术后并发切口感染6例,腹腔残余脓肿2例,粘连性肠梗阻2例,切口裂开1例。结论:异位阑尾炎治疗的关键在于尽早明确诊断,尽快手术治疗。

Objective ：To summarize and analyze signs and symptoms of ectopic appendicitis to downsize di- agnostic errors. Methods： 23 ectopic appendicitis was treated with surgery and anti-bacterial agents.Results： of all patients 6 with incision infection, 2 peritoneal remnant abcess,2 intestinal obstruction, and 1 incision rupture. Conclusion： It is vital for ectopic appendicitis that the patients were diagnosed and operated as soon.
