艾滋病患者的消毒隔离与护理

AIDS patients' disinfection and isolation and nursing methods

目的:探讨艾滋病患者的消毒隔离与护理方法。方法:加强护理人员培训,严格病区消毒隔离,并且实施了心理护理,各种症状护理,临终护理与出院指导等护理措施。结果:5例艾滋病患者,经积极治疗与护理,3例病情稳定出院,1例病情恶化自动出院,1例死亡。结论:采取积极有效的护理措施,可以减轻艾滋病患者及家属的心理压力,提高艾滋病患者的生命质量。

Objective： To investigate the disinfection and isolation to AIDS patients and care memods. Methods： Measures such as strengthening nursing staff training, strict disinfection and isolation in wards, and the implementation of psychological care, symptoms care, terminal care and discharged guidance were taken. Results： Among 5 cases of AIDS patients through careful treatment and care, three cases were discharged in stable condition, and one case was discharged volunteerly for worse condition and one case died. Conclusion： Effective nursing care help AIDS patients and their families to reduce the psychological pressure and improve the life quality of AIDS patients, so that they will be optimistic and positive to fight with the death.
