非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术11例的手术配合

Operation coordination of 11 cases of off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting

目的:探讨非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥的手术配合。方法:选择非体外循环行多支冠状动脉搭桥术共11例,术中控制血压、心率的变化,保证有效环血量,充分利用局部心肌固定器及血管夹,使吻合口局部心肌处于相对静止和冠状动脉处于无血态。结果:11例冠状动脉搭桥术均获成功,无一例死亡,术后8～10天均痊愈出院。结论:护士熟悉手术步骤配合技术娴熟,有利于手术的顺利进行。

Objective： To investigate the operation coordination of off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting Methods： 11 patients hospitalized from November 2006 to December 2007 underwent off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting surgery, during which blood pressure and heart rate changes were controlled to provide enough cardiac output, CTS and coronary artery shunt were used to make local myocardium static with no blood in operative visual field. Results： 11 cases of coronary artery bypass grafting were successful with no deaths and patients were discharged 8 tol0 days after surgery. Conclusion： Nurses＇ operation coordination is helpful to the smooth progress of surgery.
