高压氧治疗流行性乙型脑炎应用及护理

Hyperbaric oxygenation in treatment of the Epidemic encephalitis B and its nursing

目的:探讨高压氧治疗流行性乙型脑炎的护理方法。方法:对40例患儿进行回顾性分析,其中观察组21例,用常规治疗加高压氧治疗及相应的护理,对照组19例,只用常规治疗。观察两组治疗护理在治疗流行性乙型脑炎中的作用差异。结果:观察组痊愈率远高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:流行性乙型脑炎高压氧治疗及相应的护理能提高治愈率。

Objective To discuss the nursing method of hyperbaric oxygenation in treatment of the epidemic encephalitis B. Methods 40 cases of patients hospitalized from August 2002 to August 2007were analyzed retrospectively in order to observe the differences of effect between nursing of hyperbaric oxygenation and of routine therapy. 21 cases as study group （n=21） underwent routine therapy and hyperbaric oxygenation as well as corresponding nursing, 19 （n=19） cases as control group routine therapy only. Result The heal-up rate is higher in study group than in the control group.Conclusion The hyperbaric oxygenation and the corresponding nursing can improve the curative effect of epidemic encephalitis B.
