Perioperative nursing care for interventional therapy of hepatoma

目的:探讨肝癌介入治疗围手术期的护理。方法:通过80例肝癌介入治疗患者的临床疗效及并发症的分析,总结出术前、术中、术后的护理要点和工作体会。结果:完善了肝癌介入患者围手术期的护理,使手术顺利实施,术后并发症得到有效预防,取得满意的疗效。结论:只有做好术前访视、术中配合、术后护理,才能有针对性、有目的的进行观察与护理。

Objective To probe into perioperative nursing care for interventional therapy of hepatoma. Methods The clinical curative effects and the complications of 80 cases of interventional therapy of hepatoma were studied. The nursing methods and experience were recorded and concluded.Conclusion： nursing for the patients with interventional therapy of hepatoma were bettered to guarantee the smooth surgery and effective prevention of complications and satisfactory curative effects. Result： Visiting the patients before the operation, cooperation during the op-eration and nursing after the operation are key to the patients under^oin~ interventional therapy of hepatoma.
