300例门诊标本支原体鉴定及药敏结果分析

Result analysis of tests on mycoplasma in 300 outpatients' samples and the analysis of drug susceptibility

目的:分析300例门诊标本的支原体的种类及对抗生素的敏感性,为临床诊断、治疗提供实验依据。方法:使用珠海丽珠生产的支原体培养药敏试剂盒对泌尿生殖道标本进行进行解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)检测及药敏试验。结果:300例支原体阳性标本中,单纯Uu阳性242例、单纯Mh阳性5例、Uu合并Mh阳性53例。单纯Uu阳性标本对米诺环素、强力霉素、克拉霉素较为敏感,均超过90%。Uu合并Mh阳性标本对罗红霉素的耐药率最高,为96.2%;对强力霉素、米诺环素较为敏感,都超过80%。单纯Mh阳性标本对四环素类抗生素敏感率较高;对大环内脂类抗生素的耐药率最高。结论:Uu与Mh有不同的耐药谱,Uu合并Mh感染对抗生素耐药性明显增强。

Objective To analyze the mycoplasma types and the drug resistance in 300 outpatients from Jan- uary 2006 to July 2006 to provide data for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Lizhu kits were used to culture mycoplasma hominis and ureaplasma urealyticum, susceptibility of mycoplasma was carried out with the same kits. Results The positive cases of ureaplasma urealyticum were 242. mycoplasma hominis were 5, the positive cases of ureaplasma urealyticum and mycoplasma hominis were 53. higher susceptibility rate of ureaplasma urealyticum to minomycin, doxycline and clarithromycin, susceptibility rate of the three kinds of antimicrobial agents achieved more than 90%. highest resistant rate of mycoplasma hominis and ureaplasma urealyticum to roxithromycin achieved 96.2%. higher susceptibility rate to doxycline and minomycin, the rate of two kinds antimicrobial agents were more than 80%. Conclusion Susceptibility of mycoplasma hominis alyticum are different. The positive of mycoplasma hominis and ureaplasma urealyticum ha rates, and ureaplasma ureve lower susceptibility rates.
