摘要
研究了铍二溴羟基苯基荧光酮Brij35胶束显色反应的最佳形成条件,在pH8.3~9.5的弱碱性介质中,配合物最大吸收波长是548nm,其表观摩尔吸光系数是1.42×105L·mol-1·cm-1,铍量在0~1.6μgBe/25mL范围内遵守比尔定律.方法成功地应用到自来水、江水、人发和铜合金中微量铍的直接测定.
The micellar colour reaction of beryllium with 2,3,7 trihydroxy 9 (3,5 dibromo 4 hydroxyphenyl)fluorone(DBH PF) Brij 35 and the optimal formation condition of complex have been studied.In the weak base medium at pH 8.3~9.5,the maximum absorption wavelength of the complex is at 548 nm and its apparent molar absorptivity is 1.42×10 5 L·mol -1 cm -1 .Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 1.6 μg Be/25 mL.The method has been successfully applied to direct determination of trace Be in the tap water,river water,human hair and copper alloys.
