摘要
介绍了基于多种传输信道的实时动态图象语音传输系统的设计及实现方法.采用改进的算法以协调传输数率与图象质量的矛盾;进行图象的帧内和帧间内插,以消除图象抖动,增加图象回放帧数.
Authors describes the design and realization method of realtime moving image and speech transmission system in several channels.To coordinate the data transmission rate with image quality, the improved MPEG Algorithm is used. The image interpolations within frames and between frames are used to dispel vibration and increase the frame amount of recurrent imagies. Some results of the experiment are given.
