通过瞬间表达测定植物花药花粉特异基因启动子的时空表达性

MEASURING TEMPORAL AND SPATIAL EXPRESSION ACTIVITES OF ANTHERSPECIFIC AND POLLENSPECIFIC GENES’ PROMOTERS IN PLANTS BY TRANSIENT EXPRESSION

通过瞬间表达快速测定了ＴＡ２９（烟草花药特异基因）和Ｚｍ１３（玉米花粉特异基因）启动子在一些植物中的时空表达性，结果表明，ＴＡ２９启动子在烟草和番茄的花药中具有时空表达性，而Ｚｍ１３启动子在油菜花粉中无任何表达，这为一些植物构建或转化雄性不育和恢复基因提供了理论依据．此外，还讨论了用基因枪转化的瞬间表达方法。

Temporal and spatial expression activities in some plants of TA29 (tobacco antherspecific gene) and Zm13(maize pollenspecific gene) promoters were measured rapidly by transient expression.The results showed that TA29 pomoter had temporal and spatial expression activities in tobacco and tomato anthers,but Zm13 promoter hadn′t any expression activites in rape pollen,which provided reiable theory evidences for constructing or transforming malesterile and restore genes in some plants.In addition,the feasibility fo measuring antherspecific and pollenspecific genes′ promoters in plants by transient expression of microprojectile bombardment transformation was discussed.
