The article first compares the traditional theory of comprehensive economic regionalization abroad and its emerged conditions with the development level of economy and the system of society in Hebei province. It then puts forward the purpose, train of thought,principle and method of he regionalization according to the located feature of Hebei province. A new plan of comprehensive economic regionalization in Hebei province is produced finally.
