硬膜外麻醉下推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症

Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrustion Symptom Using Massotherapy Under Extradural Anesthesia

对河北师范大学校医院1992～1995年6月收治的46例腰椎间盘突出症病人，应用硬膜外麻醉下手法按摩治疗，取得显著疗效，治愈率为93．6％，显效率为97．8％．此疗法操作简单，效果好且见效快．

Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion is a very common clinical disease This paper is intended to analyze the 46 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion in our hospital during 1992 and June, 1995. The patients are treated with manual massotherapy of outer membrane anaesthesia,and the result is just positive. The cure rate and the effect rate are respectively 93. 6% and 97. 8%. The massotherapy is characterized with a quick response,easy and safe with no side effect.
