摘要
结合我国铁路发展25t轴重机车车辆的需要,对25t轴重调车内燃机车的总体方案进行了研究。分析了不同车辆构成的列车基本阻力及起动阻力,确定了牵引计算公式,计算了机车功率,校核了机车粘着重量。
A general scheme for switching diesel locomotives with 25 t axle load is suggested. The formulas for calculating the tractive forces are selected. The basic resistance and starting resistance of trains consisting of different type of locomotives and freight cars, and the tractive power of the locomotives are determined. It is shown that the traction wheel diameter of 1 050 mm is still suitable for the locomotives with 25 t axle load. Also discussed are selection and design of tractive motors, axles, axle bearings, axlebox and tractive gears.
