摘要
采用改良Ｃ带法对啤酒大麦７个品系染色体的ＧｉｅｍｓａＣ带核型进行了比较分析，结果表明，不同大麦品系间相同序号染色体的ＧｉｅｍｓａＣ带分布相似，带的数目和强弱存在明显差异，不同染色体表现不同程度的Ｃ带带型多样性，第１，３，４染色体的带型具有较大的多样性，而各品系间第６染色体的带型相同．７个品系间Ｃ带核型存在差异，与浙农大三号相比，９１鉴Ｈ８４的Ｃ带核型变异最大，其次是８７８１２，其余品系（种）差异极小．
A comparative analysis of Giemsa C-band patterns of chromosomes in seven lines of malting barley is carried out by the modified Giemsa C-band technique. The results indicates that Giemsa C-band of the chromosome with the same number in different barley lines has the same distribution, that there is a sharp distinction in the number and intensity of bands,that different chromosomes show a diversity of C-band patterns with different extent,that band patterns of chromosomes 1,3 and 4 present abundant variances,that chromosome 6 shows the same C-band pattern and there exist some variances in C-band patterns among the 7 lines,and that compared with that of “Zhenongda No.3”,the C-band pattern of “91 Jiang H84” has changed greatly,then that of 87 8 12,and the C-band patterns of the remaining lines have slight difference.
