摘要
对南黄大麦突变系及其野生型早熟３号的根细胞进行电镜观察，结果表明，二者根细胞的超微结构无明显差异．均有较大的细胞核和核仁，核仁内有核仁液泡，这是细胞代谢活动旺盛的表现．
The root cells of mutantion lines of Nanchong Yellowish Barley and Early-ripe Wild Type Ⅲ are studied with electron microscopy.The results show no apparent difference in the ultrastructure.They have large nuclei and nucleoli,and in the nucleolus,nucleolar vacuoles are seen clearly,which represents an exuberant superssion of cells.
