摘要
用开放式问卷对学生、教师和家长进行小学生优点评价的调查,考察三个不同评价主体评价的异同,寻找小学生自我成长的影响因素。研究发现:除了知识、身体素质、意志、适应能力,在其他方面均表现出了评价者主效应,且学生自评分数大都低于教师和家长评分,只有学生对自己特长的评价显著高于教师和家长;一级维度的思想道德、学业成就、身体健康、心理健康以及创造性和听话,三方评价表现出比较明显的年级差异,并都表现出了评价者和年级的交互作用;创造性上性别差异显著。
An open questionnaire was used to research the evaluations to excellence of primary scholar by three main bodies such as students, teachers and father or mother of the students, to review similarities and differences in the three main body evaluations, and to search the factors influencing primary scholar self - growing. As a result that other aspects all show valuator's main effect than aspects such as knowledge, body diathesis, volition and adaptability, and that the student self - evaluating points are lower mostly than the teacher evaluating points and father or mother evaluating points; the three main body evaluations show relatively obvious grade difference; schoolboy scores are markedly upper than schoolgirl scores at creativity aspect; at more dimensionalities, distinct interaction show at all between valuators and grade.
