摘要
通过数学推导论证了复色光对分光光度定量分析的影响.结果表明复色光可使工作曲线(A~C)发生负偏离(d2A/dc2<0),而不符合朗佰比耳定律,或不偏离(d2A/dc2=0).文中还讨论了光电比色法、分光光度法和原子吸收光谱对光源单色性的要求.
By mathematical inference, it is proved that the multi color light influences the quantitative analysis of spectrophotometry. The result shows that the multi color light can make working curves (A-C) negatively deviate(d 2A/dc 2<0), which violates Lambert Bear Law, or non deviation(d 2A/dc 2=0). The photoelectric colorimetry, spectrophotometry and monochromatic radiant requireed by atomic absorption spectrum are also discussed.
