Internatlonal Trade Simulation （ITS） is a course with a highly practical approach. The course aims at cultivating the professional makings and capability of students by encouraging them to do business and be a real decision-maker through a simulated international trade environment. This paper introduces reflections of the author on the question of how to effectively cultivate their professional makings and capability.
