应用矩阵式采样网络的大规模分布式测温系统

摘要 提出了一种以STD总线为基础的自定义总线大规模(总测量点达6×256个)分布式温度测量系统,系统采用主从两级分布式结构,主机系统硬件强调了双机冷备份的冗余设计方案,从机系统硬件则突出了温度数据采集站的自定义总线功能模板结构和矩阵式采样网络.最后对系统的测温误差进行了分析,给出了系统的精度.系统运行测试结果表明,该系统具备完善的使用功能和高可靠性,能够很好地完成大规模在线检测任务. A large scale distributed temperature data acquisition system based on self defined bus was proposed.To guarantee the system's reliability, a design based on the double computer in cold reserve was adopted. From system point of view,the system is a master slave and two level distributed construction which is composed of a master computer and several slave computers,those are responsible for management and temperature measurement respectively.In order to extend the use of the data acquisition unit,a special bus was defined, several function models and matrix sample network structure were developed as well.At last,the temperature error of the system were analyzed,precision norm was given to it.The results of the practical test work indicate that the system has high reliability and complete function for operation,and it could fulfill the large scale on line test task perfectly.
