湖北省二级以上武术套路运动员运动损伤现状及特点

随着现代武术套路运动的发展,比赛竞争日益激烈,尤其向着高、难、美、新的目标不断发展,对运动员的身体素质和心理素质要求不断提高;日益增加的大强度训练,对运动员的能力要求也相应提高;因此,产生运动损伤的机率也相应增大。自从2002年采用新规则以来,难度动作增高,湖北省高水平武术套路运动员的运动损伤明显增多。为避免运动损伤的发生,对运动员的科学训练和提高运动员防范意识就显得十分重要。因此,对湖北省二级以上武术套路运动员运动损伤特点的研究势在必行。
