12Cr1MoV钢焊接受压部件焊后热处理制度探讨

摘要 模拟产品结构的大尺寸试件热处理前后残余应力的测定和热模拟等温应力松弛试验结果表明,对于12Cr1MoV等低合金耐热钢焊接接头残余应力松弛起决定性作用的因素是焊后热处理温度,而保温时间仅在热处理过程初期起一定的作用。据此提出了修改现行焊后热处理规程的建议。 The residual stress is measured before and after heat treatment for heavy test pieces simulated the real structures, The simulated isothermal stress relaxation tests are carried out in Lab. The results show that the predominant factor for stress relaxation inside welded joints is the temperature of PWHT for 12CrlMoV HSLA heat resistant steels. On the other hand the time to keep the temperature constant only influence the result of treatment in certain degree at very beginning.The suggestion to modify the scheme of heat treatment is put forward at last.
