WCDMA系统呼叫准入控制的研究

摘要 本文着重研究了关于两种不同类型服务的接入控制方案。3G网络特有的呼吸效应,以及用户接入请求的多速率性,使得网络服务质量的保证更为困难。在3G网络的规划策略就要考虑为高端客户提供高质量大流量多媒体业务,但是空中频率资源十分有限,提高其利用率,获得尽量低的连接拒绝概率(CBP)和终止概率(CDP)成为设计的目标,多媒体业务的非实时性,使得可以引入新方法进行调整。 The paper studied emphatically on two kinds of admission control plan.Due to the special breathing effect of 3G networks and various rates of user admission requests, the Quality of Service (QoS) guarantee becomes more difficult. As the cover and the optimization of GSM networks have become so mature at present that it is enough to meet user requirements of voice operation with a large expanding space. Multimedia operation of high quality and big flux, provided to high-class users, should be considered in the program tactics of 3G networks. But the spatial frequency resources are limited. Therefore, it becomes the designing goal to improve utilization rate and get as low CBP and CDP as possible. The non-real-time performance of Multimedia operation makes it possible to introduce new method for adjusting.
