摘要
考虑转轮叶片排的叶片之间非定常流动相互作用对叶片颤振性能的影响,解除了颤振预测中叶片排所有叶片均须以相同振幅振动的限制,发展了一种可以考虑叶片振幅和叶片间相角变化的叶片颤振预测方法,研究了振荡叶栅非定常流动相互作用对叶片颤振的影响。结果表明:振荡叶片与不振荡叶片之间的相互影响随振荡条件的不同而不同,振动叶片产生的非定常流动主要对相邻叶片产生较大的影响。叶片的颤振性能与叶片之间的相对振动条件有关,和实验结果一致。
To study the blade vibrating interaction effect on blade aeroelastic stability among the cascade, an aeroelastic prediction model has been given out. The model frees the limit that all the blades among the cascade have the same vibration amplitude in the blade flutter prediction study. The results show that the effect of the blade vibrating interaction on the blade aeroelastic stability is different while the blade vibration condition changes. The flow unsteadiness generated by one vibration blade has large effect on the stability of the next one, but the effect is small to that of other blades. The blade aeroelastic stability is not only concerned with the blade vibration condition itself, but also concerned with the condition of the blade next to it ,which is consistent with the experimental results.
