摘要
针对冲压零件设计和加工过程特点,提出一种基于特征映射的板料冲压件面向制造的设计(designformanu-facture,DFM)系统结构,以实现DFM方法在冲压零件设计中的应用。着重介绍该系统的体系结构和主要模块功能,讨论了设计特征到制造特征的几种转换/映射机制,结合实例阐述了基于制造资源进行可制造性评价的方法及步骤,并给出相应结果。实践证明,在冲压零件设计中采用DFM方法,可在满足其功能要求的同时有效地改善冲压零件的可制造性。
An architecture of DFM (design for manufacture) system for stamped product is proposed and the main functional modules are described. The key technologies, including feature information processing (feature extraction, re organization and recognition), feature mapping mechanism (direct mapping, indirect mapping and compound mapping) from design domain to manufacture domain, manufacturability evaluation methods and procedures, and so on, are discussed in detail. The primary practice shows that DFM can greatly improve the manufacturability of the stamped product design.
