电控汽油机进气管内油膜传输特性的研究 被引量:4

Research on the transportation characters of fuel film in manifold of spark ignition engines

摘要 提高电控汽油机空燃比的控制精度,是改善发动机的燃油经济性、动力性和降低尾气排放的关键环节。基于发动机物理模型的过渡工况空燃比控制方案,可以提高发动机过渡工况的空燃比控制精度。对该方案的重要组成部分—进气管内油膜的传输特性进行了研究,根据油膜传输模型,提出了一种新的油膜传输参数标定方法,并在自行开发的试验台架上,对油膜的两个重要参数进行了标定。在试验的基础上,对油膜参数的影响因素进行了分析。 Accurate air fuel ratio control is the key element for fuel economy, low emissions and good driveability of spark ignition(SI) engine. A model based air fuel ratio control system is put forward, which can improve the accuracy of air fuel ratio control under transient condition. Meanwhile, the transportation characters of fuel film in the manifold act as a very important role in the transient air fuel ratio control. Based on the film model, some researches are done on the film transportation characters. Further, a calibration method for the fuel film parameters is presented. Then the parameters are calibrated and the related factors of the parameters are also analyzed.
