三种钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的临床疗效观察

Evaluation of Clinical Efficacy of Three Fixationg Piating Treatment for Tibial Piateau Shaft Comminuted Fractures

目的评价Golf钢板、双钢板、T形钢板三种钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法88例分成A、B、C三组,A组45例采用Golf钢板内固定,B组16例采用双钢板内固定,C组27例采用T形钢板内固定,比较三组伤口愈合,疼痛时间,功能恢复,骨折愈合时间和并发症,采用Johner-wruhs方法评价结果。结果全部病例随访10～24月(平均15.4月),所有骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间A组6.5个月,B组7.8个月,C组8.4个月。根据Johner-wruhs方法评价,A组优良率93.3%,B组优良率87.5%,C组优良率88.9%。结论三种钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折均可取得较好疗效,其中Golf钢板疗效较佳,其它两种钢板各有优缺点。

Objeclive To evaluate of clinical effect of GOLF plate.dual plate and T--model steel plate in treatment of patients with tibial piateau shaft comminuted fractures. Methods 88 patients were allocated into three groups in accordance to interlocking methods： Golf piate, dual plate andT--model steel plate. Johner--wruhs functional knee joint score system was used to evaluate the results. Results The ratio of satisfactory functional was 92% for the A group.87.5% for the B group and 88.9% for the C group.
