摘要
四甘醇是一种新型的芳烃抽提剂。为了给以四甘醇为溶剂的芳烃抽提工艺提供设计与计算的基础数据,实验测定了对二甲苯—正庚烷—四甘醇三元系(含水或不含水)在1MPa,140℃时的液液萃取平衡数据,研究并比较了含水量对四甘醇萃取性能的影响。同时,用UNIQUAC方程对该三元系进行了理论预测,并与实验数据进行对比,获得了满意的结果。
Tetraethylene glycol is a new type extractant for aromatic hydrocarbon extraction. Ternary liquidliquid equilibrium (LLE) data have been measured for the system of tetraethylene glycol (pure or plus w=5.44% water)/pxylene/nheptane at 1 MPa, 140℃, and the influence of the water on the extractive characteristic of tetraethylene glycol is clearly observed. The ternary LLE data were predicted successfully by using UNIQUAC method and compared with the experimental data. The result is satisfactory.
