摘要
测定了氢化可的松(HC)的熔点及熔融热,利用HC在乙酸丁酯、氯仿和去离子水中的溶解度数据预测了不同温度下HC在乙酸丁酯/水、氯仿/水两体系中的分配系数,并与实验数据进行了比较。结果表明,在考虑了溶剂与水的互溶度之后,运用三元两尾标Margules活度系数表达式对乙酸丁酯/水体系的预测结果比二元两尾标Margules的预测结果有明显改善,与实验结果吻合较好;而三元两尾标Margules式和二元两尾标Margules式对氯仿/水体系的预测结果接近,均与实验结果符合较好。最后讨论了HC在两相的溶解度之比与HC在两相的分配系数之间的关系。
Distribution coefficient of hydrocortisone between two liquid phases was predicted by using solubility of hydrocortisone in each phase and other thermodynamics properties of hydrocortisone. It is shown that for system with large miscibility of solvent and water, such as butyl acetate/water system, ternary 2suffix Margules equation can improve the precision in prediction more remarkably than binary 2suffix Margules equation can do. While for chloroform/water system, as miscibility of solvent and water is small, results obtained from ternary 2suffix Margules equation and results from binary 2suffix Margules equation are approaching and coincide with the experimental data. Moreover, relation between the ratio of solubility of hydrocortisone in two phases and distribution coefficient of hydrocortisone was discussed.
