摘要 在汽车车轴的室内耐久性试验方法中,等幅试验是最快速、最简单的方法,而应用远程参数控制(RPC)或迭代传递函数补偿(ITFC)技术的随机加载试验是最复杂的方法。应用局部应力—应变法、相对Miner法则和等损伤原则计算了两种轻型卡车前、后轴的随机和等幅疲劳试验结果与海南汽车试验场行驶里程之间的当量关系。结果发现,这两种方法对同一种车轴给出的当量关系相当接近。在一定条件下,应用等幅试验和适当的疲劳分析也可以给出很有价值的结果。 Of the indoor endurance test methods of vehicle axles, the constant amplitude test is the fastest and easiest test and the random load test with remote parameter control (RPC) or iterative transfer function compensation (ITFC) technique is the most complicated one. In this paper, local stressstrain method, relative Miner's rule and equal damage principle are used to predict the equivalent relationship between indoor tests and running mileage on Hainan proving ground of the front and rear axles of two types of light trucks, which include the constant amplitude tests and random load tests with ITFC technique. It is found that the equivalent relationships given with these two kinds of tests are quite close to the same type of axle. This reveals that, in certain conditions, quite good results can be achieved by using the constant amplitude tests and appropriate fatigue analysis.
