循证医学教学模式在中医内科临床教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 循证医学是以证据为基础的医学。教学中病人的问题为基础,让学生围绕问题进行思维、推理、分析,老师只起引导作用,不直接回答学生的问题。其教学过程大致分为:"提出问题(教师或学生)→建立假说→收集资料(自学)→论证假设(学生)→总结扩展(教师)"5个阶段。这种以问题为中心的中医内科学教学,以临床为单位的临床观察与思考,在临床实践中综合性地评价临床证据的有效性和实用性,是中医内科临床教学中理想的医学教育模式。
