摘要
目的:探讨腱膜修复术用于老年性上睑下垂效果。方法:对61例119眼,采用外路腱膜修复术,术中根据腱膜的损伤程度采取不同的修复方法。结果:经6个月至6年的上睑下垂术后随访观察,效果理想达90%以上。结论:外路腱膜修复术是治疗老年性上睑下垂的有效方法。
Objective： To study the etiology,clinical characteristics and surgical procedures of senile ptosis, Totally 61 patients with senile ptosis were admitted in our hospital from 2001 till now were studied, Methods：6t patientsof 119 eyes were underwent aponeurosis surgeries through skin incision according to different aponeurosis defects during operation findings . Results： Over 90% of eyes reached satisfactory improvement after a follow up of from a half year to 6 years, Conclusion： Aponeurosis surgery through skin incision is effective procedure of choice for senile ptosis,
