摘要
目的:分析儿童眼内压与不同屈光状态的相关关系。方法:应用非接触眼压计测量眼科门诊254例儿童共508只眼固定时间段的眼压值,测3次取平均值;0.5%托吡卡胺睫状肌麻痹检影验光,测得其屈光状态。受试儿童被分为远视组、中低度近视组及高度近视组。结果:3组受试儿童屈光组眼压平均值分别为15.4±2.7mmHg(远视组)16.2±3.0mmHg(中低度近视组)18.8±2.6mmHg(高度近视组),3者间经方差分析两两比较显示有显著差异(P<0.05)。眼压与近视屈光度之间存在正相关(r=0.313,P<0.05)。结论:随儿童屈光状态向近视方向发展,眼压会在一定程度上升高,提示两者之间可能相关,临床工作中应注意加强对近视儿童的眼压监测。
Objective:To investigate the correlationship between children intraocular pressure(IOP) and ametropia. Methods: Totally 254 children ( 508 eyes) were mearsured with non-contact tonometer in fixed time. Retinoscopy were used to measure refractive status. Hyperopic ,middle-low myopic and high myopic groups were divided by their refractive values. Results:The mean IOP values of the three groups were 15.4±2.7 mmHg(hyperopic group), 16.2 ± 3.0 mmHg (middle-low myopic group) and 18.8±2.6 mmHg(high myopic group). There was significant difference in the TOP among them(P〈0.05)and the IOP showed a increasing trend with refractive values (r = 0. 313, P〈0.05). Conclusion:There is a certain positive correlation between IOP and refractive values in children. We should pay more attension to the IOP values in myopia children.
