虚拟企业知识管理的模式构建与支撑平台研究

Research on Model Constructon and Support Platform of Knowledge Management of the Virtual Enterprises

针对理论界和企业界普遍关注的虚拟企业知识管理问题,在阐述虚拟企业本质特征的基础上,进行虚拟企业知识管理的流程介绍,得出虚拟企业知识管理的过程模式。并且,基于知识层次的新视角,对虚拟企业知识管理中的知识层次迁移和转化本质进行研究,提出知识层次转化模式。此外,还对支撑虚拟企业知识管理的基础网络平台进行分析。从而多视角多层次地剖析虚拟企业知识管理的本质特征和模式规律,旨在对虚拟企业知识管理的理论研究和企业实践做出新的理论探索。

In view of the issues of the KM of the virtual enterprises which are generally concerned by the academic researchers and the people in enerpries,this paper introduces the process flow of the KM of the virtual enterprises to elicit its process mode after explaining the essential characteristics of the virtual enterprises.Further,from a new angle of knowledge hierarchy,the authors study the transferring process and the transformation essence among different knowledge layers of the virtual enterprises＇KM,so as to bring forward a model of the knowledge hiberarchy transformation of the virtual enterprise＇s KM.Furthermore,the authors also analyse the infrastructure network platform which sustains the KM of the virtual enterprises.And through such analysis of the nature and the laws of the virtual enterprises＇KM from multi-view and multi-level,the authors aim to contribute further theoretical exploration to the academic study as well as the enterprises＇practice on the virtual enterprise＇s KM.
