厦门市成年人乙型肝炎疫苗免疫效果调查

An Investigation on the Immune Effect of Vaccine Against Hepatitis B in Adults of Xiamen

对７９７名ＨＢｓＡｇ、抗－ＨＢｓ、抗－ＨＢｃ均为阴性及ＡＬＴ正常的成年人，按０、１、６程序进行了乙肝疫苗接种，于初免后两年观察免疫效果．结果显示：抗－ＨＢｓ阳转率为５５．２１％，其中男性为５７．６７％，女性为５１．３０％，两者差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）．在５０岁以下各年龄组间，抗－ＨＢｓ阳转率差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０２）．从事有色金属生产人员与非生产人员，抗－ＨＢｓ阳转率无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）．抗－ＨＢｓ阳转高峰在２０～３０岁组，３１岁以上随年龄增长而降低．在抗－ＨＢｓ阳性者中，抗－ＨＢｓ正常应答为９１．５９％，低应答为８．４１％．各年龄组间抗体应答水平无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）．ＨＢＶ新感染率为１．２５％．保护率为９８．７５％．

The hepatitis B vaccine was vaccinated to 797 adults, who had negative HBsAg, anti HBs,anti HBc and normal ALT. The immunity effects were observated after 2 years. The results showed that the positive conversion rate of anti HBs was 55.21% with male 57.67% and female 51.30%. Both differences were statistical significance (P<0.05). Among each age group under 50 years old,the difference of positive,conversion rate of anti HBs was marked(p<0.05).The positive conversion peak of anti HBs appeared in the group of 20￣30 years old and afterwards, it was decreased with increasing in age. The normal response of anti HBs and low response were 91.59% and 8.41% respectively. Among each age group there was no statistical significance (P>0.05) on antibody response level.The new infection rate of HBV was 1.25% .The protection rate of the vaccine was 98.75%.
