摘要
论述利用互联网再现民众图书馆精神的观点,从互联网的服务对象、服务内容及其发展趋势等方面分析这一目标的可行性,将其关键要素归纳为三个方面,并就每一方面提出建设性的建议与对策,希望借此能够延续民众图书馆精神,提高国民素质。
This paper presents the viewpoints of the reoccurrence of the spirit of popular library on the Internet. The authors analyze the feasibility of this task from several aspects, including the service objects, contents and development trend. Three key factors are elaborated and constructive suggestions and countermeasures are also brought forward in order to continue the spirit of popular library and improve the civil literacy.
