摘要 采用ICSH选定法进行动态血沉电脑自动检测,血沉函数H(t)曲线共分七种类型.正常类型:有阶梯型和持续缓降型.病理类型:有持续速降型、前期速降型、后期停滞型.尚有后期速降型和前期停滞型,此二型血沉值虽在正常范围,初步看来只在患病组出现,而不在健康组中出现.具有双向性.该类型患者易复发.健康组:男性84.6%(44/52)为阶梯型,15.4%(8/52)为持续缓降型.女性则相反,83.3%(45/54)为持续缓降型,16.7(9/54)为阶梯型,其第30min、60min、120min血沉值,男性低于女性,高龄组比低龄组高,且有非常显著性差异(F=16.25,p<0.01).患病组:活动性结核、风湿热、恶性肿瘤、急性炎症等77.92%(60/77)为特续速降型.7.8%(6/77)为后期停滞型和前期速降型.血沉值因疾病及其病程变化较大(F11.35,p<0.01)动态血沉是一项创新和发展.揭示2h血沉动态全过程,比1h血沉更有实用意义.并对血沉机理及相关因素进行分析.提出血沉过程并不是等速的新见解. The dynamic erythrocyte sediment rate(ESR)of 219 cases including 106 healthy people and 113 patients was studied by using ICSH selective method.Seven different types of dynamic ESR were observed as follows :1.Normal types which include ladder type and constant and slow descending type;2.Pathological types which include constant and rapid descending type,rapid descending type of early stage and stagnation type of late stage;3.Transient types which include stagnation descending type of early stage and rapid descending type of late stage.The value of ESR of the male group was lower than that of the female group and the value of ESR of the old people was lower than that of the young people(p<0.01).The results showed that the dynamic ESR within two hours had more clinical significance than that within one hour.The mechnisms of ESR and the factors that have influences on ESR were discussed.
