摘要
在回顾图书馆服务质量测评当前研究状况的基础上,建立五维度(因子)的本土化图书馆服务质量模型,并证实存在高阶因子主宰五维度的表现。经过严谨的信度与效度检验,该模型不仅有效揭示图书馆服务质量测量的高阶因子结构关系,而且可以确定测量指标对各因子的影响程度。据此,将图书馆服务质量指数化,为其改进提供依据。
Based on the discussion of evaluation methods of perceived library quality at present,the author establishes a library service quality model with five dimensions and the performance of which is determined by a high-order factor.Through strict tests on the reliability and validity, the model gives the evidences that it not only effectively reveals the high-order structure relations of library service quality measuring,but also determines the impact degree of measure items to every individual factor.Based on that the library quality measure can be indexative and provide evidences for improving.
