网络条件下我国合作构建文献储存库的理论思考——兼论低利用率文献的共建共享

Theoretical Thinking on Constructing Collaborative Documents Repository under the Network Condition in China——Concurrently Discussing the Co-Construction and Sharing of Documents of Low Utilization Ratio

在概述国内外关于储存库理论和实践研究的基础上,全面阐述开展储存库理论与实践研究对我国图书馆建设的重要意义;并根据我国国情提出建立利益均衡机制协调联盟成员间的利益关系,利用长尾理论指导储存库建设的实践等合作构建具有我国特色储存库的对策。

Based on the theoretical and practical research about repository at home and abroad,the paper elaborates the important significance of the repository theory and its practice research to Chinese library development.The paper also proposes some solutions on the basis of the situation of China to construct collection repository,such as establishing mferes＇t balance mechanism to coordinate the relortions between union members,useing the theory of Long Tail to guide the construction of repository.thinking way and behavior track of researchers.
