我国CI学位教育及人力培养发展方向探寻——基于竞争情报研究方向(硕士点)的统计分析

Cultivation Countermeasure of the Competitive Intelligence Talents in China——Based on the Statistical Analyses of CI for Higher Edueation Institutions

统计我国高等教育竞争情报(CI)学科硕士点机构,包括硕士点单位所在的地区、研究方向等。通过统计总结我国CI人才培养呈现的特点,分析CI人才培养过程中凸显的若干热点问题,如学科的培养目标、课程设置、教学方式的运用、CI资格认证的规范性等。提出未来我国CI人才培养应从培养渠道建设、培养目标定位、案例库平台的构建与应用、CI资格认证的规范化与国际化等方向不断加强与完善。

This paper reckons chinese higher education institutions covered discipline of competitive intelligence including locations and research directions of the institutions,summarizes the characteristics involving in the CI talents cultivation,highlights the hot issues in the process of the talents cultivation such as the objectives of cultivation,different orientation of the curriculum,teaching methods and the CI qualification authentication.Then,it puts forward some proposals for the future CI talents cultivation such as increasing the number of higher education institutions,positioning objectives of cultivation system,constructing the case platform of CI for specific application and standardizing the CI qualification authentication.
