摘要
从图书馆读者关系管理(RRM)现状出发,借鉴波特的价值链思想,阐述图书馆RRM价值链的内涵,提出图书馆RRM的价值链模型,并对图书馆RRM价值链基本活动中的读者分析、读者获取、读者保留、读者忠诚和读者联盟等主要环节进行详细分析,同时也分析辅助活动中包括领导者、组织结构、人力资源管理、图书馆文化和信息技术等在内的相关影响因素。
Beginning with the current situation of RRM in library,the paper demonstrates the connotation of RRM value chain and provides a value chain model for RRM in library by using Porter's value chain framework for reference.It further elaborates on the various parts of primary activities in the value chain,including reader analysis,reader acquirement,reader maintenance,reader loyalty and reader alliance,etc..It lastly analyzes the related factors in support activities,such as leader,organization structure,human resources management,library culture and information technology.
