摘要
采用浓盐酸水解工艺以不同质量(灰分)的甲壳素为原料,制备了氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐,探讨了甲壳素/盐酸质量配比、反应温度和水解时间等因素对产品产率的影响。结果表明,不同灰分的甲壳素水解制备氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐的最佳条件分别为:甲壳素灰分为8%,10%,12%,12%,各原料的甲壳素与盐酸的比(质量比)分别为1∶2.45,1∶2.55,1∶2.7,1∶2.8;反应温度分别为90,92,94,96℃;水解时间分别为4.5,4.8,5,5.3 h;产率分别为92.2%,91.5%,90.2%,89.2%,为工业生产提供了理论基础。
Using different mass chitin as material by hydrochloric acid hydrolysis to prepare aminoglucose. Effect of the mass ratio of chitin to hydrochloric, reaction temperature and time, etc. on the yield were discussed. The experimental result shows: when chitin ashes are 8%, 10%, 12%, 12%, its semi-finished products radio are 1 : 2.45,1 : 2.55,1 : 2.7,1 : 2.8, its temperature of reaction are 90,92,94,96 ℃, the reaction time are 4.5,4.8,5,5.3 h, and its production radio are 92.2% ,91.5% ,90.2% ,89.2%. It has provided theory foundation for the industrial production.
