摘要
为了进一步提高氯化聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐的接枝率,优化工艺条件和不同组分的用量,采用正交实验法,研究了马来酸酐(MAH)用量、引发剂过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)用量、反应温度和反应时间对氯化聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐接枝率的影响。结果表明,引发剂BPO用量对接枝率的影响最为明显,而反应时间相对最弱。4种因素的极差递减顺序为:引发剂BPO用量、MAH用量、反应温度和反应时间。
In order to enhance grafting yield of maleic anhydride was graftedly chlorinated polypropylene. and optimize condition of experiment and component content, effects of maleic anhydride, BPO, reaction temperature and reaction time on the grafting yield of chlorinated polypropylene (CPP) grafted malefic anhydride were studied by the method of orthogonal experimental test. The results show that effects of BPO initiator on grafting yield are obvious and effects of reaction time on grafting yield are not dramatic. The extreme differences of four factors are that: the content of BPO, MAH, reaction temperature and time.
