摘要 以运城盐湖高镁卤水为原料,通过除杂反应、沉淀反应、煅烧反应制备高活性氧化镁。研究了原料浓度与配比、反应温度、反应时间对沉淀反应的影响以及煅烧温度对氧化镁相对密度的影响。结果表明,沉淀反应中反应温度70℃,反应时间60min,镁和铵的摩尔比为1:1.2以及煅烧反应温度为600~700℃时,可得到吸碘值在140-180mg/g的高活性氧化镁,产品质量达到并超过了进口产品的标准。 A new process for the production of high active magnesium oxide from brine and bittern in Yuncheng,by the additon of ammonium bicarbonate via precipitation and calcined reaction, in this paper. The effect of various factors such as raw material concentration and proportion, reaction temperature and time on precipitation reaction were studied. And the scale up of preparation process was studied. The results show that the optimum reaction conditions the reaction temperature is 70℃, reaction time 60 min, the mass ratio of Mg^2+ to NH^4+ is 1 : 1.2 in the precipitation reaction and calcined temperature is 600 - 700 ℃. The quality of some products, obtained from the process, with the iodine number of 140 - 180 mg/g(MgO) ,had surpassed the standard of the products from abroad.
