摘要 以聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂和丙烯酸树脂为成膜物质,以乙醇、异丙醇、乙酸丁酯等为溶剂,制得一种高性能白板笔墨水。考察了树脂配比、溶剂配比、润滑剂、pH值、表面活性剂等因素对墨水的稳定性、快干性、书写性能、可擦性及气味等性能的影响。通过两种树脂的复配,解决了单一树脂的涂膜发白、裂纹等缺点。实验发现,当树脂为墨水质量的6%,润滑剂1%,表面活性剂1%,pH值为4-5,乙醇:异丙醇:乙酸丁酯的质量比为7:11:2时,墨水的各项性能均较好。 The polyvinyl butyral (PVB) and acrylic resin as binder;ethanol, butyl acetate and isopropanol as solvent, a new white board marker ink with high quality was developed. The effects of proportion of different resins, solvents, content of lubricant, surfactant and pH value on the stability, quick drying, good writing quality, erasability and odour were studied. It is found that the incorporation of the PVB and acrylic resin improves the quality of the film. The optimum formula of the ink is resin 6% (mass fraction) ,lubricant 1% ,surfactant 1%. Optimum values of pH is 4 -5 ,the optimum ratio ( mass ratio)of ethanol,isopropanol and butyl acetate is 7 : 11 : 2.
