知识信息是实现创新的基础,有效的知识信息管理可以提高国家创新体系中创新资源的配置及利用效率。对国内外国家创新体系的知识管理与信息保障问题的研究状况进行综述。从国家创新体系的知识管理与服务、信息沟通与知识流动、知识信息保障、技术中介服务等角度对研究现状、研究成果及存在的问题等进行归纳与分析。

Knowledge and information is the basis of innovation, and effective knowledge and information management can enhance the using and allocation efficiency of the allocation of innovation resources for the national innovation system. This paper summarizes the researches of knowledge management and information guarantee of the national innovation system, and analyzes the status,achivements and existing problems of the researches of the national innovation system from the aspects of knowledge management and services, information communi-cation and knowledge flows, knowledge and information guarantee, and technology intermediary service perspective,etc.
