摘要
从图书馆事业整体和个体图书馆两个层面探讨核心业务的确定,提出图书馆核心业务具有动态性、差异性及多元化等特点,指出业务外包的主体是个体图书馆;重新审视核心业务和业务外包之间的关系,提出实行业务外包的最终依据是读者需求,阐明图书馆核心业务不宜外包的依据;对图书馆和企业核心业务外包之间的差异进行初步探究,指出差异根源于两者体制和价值观的不同以及行业特点和对核心业务内涵取向的差别。
This paper probes into the viewpoint that defines the core business of the library as a whole and individual library. The paper puts forward and expounds the characters that the library core business has dynamics, otherness and diversity and that the main part of outsourcing is the individual library. Then the paper examines again the relationship between core business and outsourcing and thinks that the foundations of outsourcing are the requirements of readers, and then explains the reasons that core business of library is not suitable for outsourcing. Finally, the paper speculates the differences between outsourcing and core business of library and enferprises, and points out the differences originated from the diversity of system and values and the dissimilarity of connotation on core business.
