白肋烟干物质积累动态及地下部与地上部相关性研究 被引量:5

Dynamic Accumulation of Dry Matters and its Correlations between above-ground and below-ground of Burley Tobacco

摘要 研究结果表明,白肋烟大田期干物质积累呈"慢-快-慢"的S型,积累强度的高峰期在栽后50~60 d,叶和全株的积累强度旺长前期(栽后20~50 d)大于后期(栽后60~80 d),而根茎的则反之。各器官干物质积累量的高峰期为栽后64~73 d,滞后于积累强度高峰期。积累曲线方程表明,根、茎积累量高值期比全株高值期提前2 d,叶片高值期比全株提前9 d,比根、茎提前7 d。干物质在器官中的分配率始终遵循叶>茎>根的规律,根/冠、叶/茎比值随生育进程呈下降趋势,根/冠比值动态比叶/茎比值波动小。根的干物质积累与地上部的茎叶积累和株高、茎围、叶片数等生物学性状互为显著正相关,与叶片化学成分的总糖、还原糖、烟碱含量呈正相关,而与总氮、蛋白质含量呈负相关。 The results showed that dry matter accumulation of burley tobacco in field appeared to be low-fast-slow in S style. The dynamics of accumulation was in accordance with logistic growth curve. The highest accumulation amount and intensity appeared from 50 to 60 days after transplantation. The accumulation intensity in tobacco leaves and whole plant was larger in earlier growth stage (20 to 50 days) than in later stage (60 to 80 days), but the trend was opposite for roots and stems. The rate of dry matter distribution in organs followed the pattern of leaves 〉 stem 〉 root. The ratio of root to shoot and leaf to stem decreased with the progress of growth. The ratio of root to shoot was more consistent than that of leaf to stem. The accumulation of dry matter in roots, stems and leaves was significantly positively related with some biological characters, including plant height, stem perimeter, and leaf number, et al., and positively related to the level of total sugar, reducing sugar, and total nicotine in leaves, whereas negatively related to the level of total nitrogen and protein.
