摘要
跨国公司在成功进行分散性全球研发活动中,建立了有效的管理和决策规则。通过对跨国公司分散性全球研发活动特征的分析,分别从海外研发选址、海外研发机构的定位和研发任务的分配、各研发机构成果的整合与共享等三个方面总结了跨国公司分散性全球研发活动的管理模式。这些管理模式集中体现了跨国公司海外研发活动的目的和整个研发体系的组织机制,同时也呼应了海外研发任务的不同类型。
Recently, multinationals have been globalizing seas R&D centers. With the proceeding of the activities, their research and development activities through their overmultinationals realized some decision rules fitting for the decentralized R&D. This paper examines the R&D activities dispersed globally of multinationals, and provides the effective management modes on the topics of locations, mission arrangement and the integration of the different institutions All the management modes are consistent with the target and the types of the overseas R&D, and they are also in accordance with the organization systems .
