摘要
对进口反倾销救济效果的评估标准进行研究,在明确评估原则、评估对象、评估指标的基础上,提出了以倾销行为对进口贸易及国内产业造成的负面影响程度作为救济效果评估标准的主要依据,着重分析了评估标准的主要影响因素,以及确定评估标准合理值域的方法。
