Research on the Object Business Selection Based on Dynamic Capability for Corporation Diversificaion

针对目前企业多元化目标行业选择研究仅局限在一些抽象概念和定性讨论上,缺乏对企业多元化目标行业选择进行深入、系统的可操作性研究,还无法有效指导企业实践这一现状,依据动态能力的内涵和理论基础,通过建立企业多元化目标行业选择理论分析框架,分析企业在多元化目标行业选择时动态能力表现的各个方面,建立企业多元化目标行业选择评价指标体系,运用多层次灰色关联评价模型,对企业多元化目标行业选择进行应用性研究。

At present, research on the object business selection just discusses a few abstract concept and framework, lacks systemic thorough operability and cannot effectively guide practice. According to the situation, this paper, which bases on the connotation and theory foundation of the dynamic capability and establishes the object business selection analysis frame of corporation diversification analyses manifestations of the dynamic capability. Then the system of evaluation indexes of object business selection of corporation diversification is built. In addition, using the method of Grey Multi-hierarchal Synthetic Evaluation Model, the paper makes a application study required object business selection of corporation diversification.
